Shipping Policy 
We offer complimentary global delivery on all orders.

Order Processing 
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Backorder Items 
Some of our styles are available on backorder. If your order contains a backorder item, the entire order will dispatch together once all items are available. We do not currently offer split shipments. If you need your in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders. Each backorder product page includes an estimated dispatch timeframe. While we work closely with our suppliers, backorder timelines may occasionally shift due to manufacturing delays, supply shortages or severe weather. Should this occur, we will keep you updated and work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. 

Seasonal Sale Periods 
During peak trading periods — including Black Friday, Christmas and seasonal promotions — processing and transit times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes. Our team works diligently to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

Duties & Taxes 
All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all duties, taxes and import charges are covered by us at checkout. You will not incur any additional fees upon delivery, regardless of destination.

Estimated Transit Times
Transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, courier delays or extreme weather conditions.

  • United Kingdom: 2–3 working days
  • United States: 3–5 working days
  • European Union 4–6 working days
  • Australia & Japan: 5–7 working days
  • Rest of World : 7+ working days

Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates 
To ensure pre-Christmas delivery, please place your order by the dates below. Orders placed after these dates may arrive after Christmas. 

  • United Kingdom
    - Standard Delivery: 18 December
    - Express Delivery: 22 December (Order before 2pm)
  • United States: 18 December
  • European Union: 16 December
  • Australia & Japan: 15 December
  • Rest of World: 12 December

Delivery Address Amendments
If you need to request a change to your delivery address, please email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed for dispatch, we are unable to amend the delivery address.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking link. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the courier.

Lost or Stolen Parcels
If a parcel is delayed, missing or marked as delivered but cannot be located, our team will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf. Courier investigations can take up to 10 working days. As we are guided by the courier’s claim process, we are unable to issue a replacement until the investigation is complete and the parcel has been officially deemed lost.

Delivery Restrictions
We are unable to ship to PO boxes. If a PO box is entered at checkout, a member of our team will contact you for an alternative address. We are also unable to deliver to Russia or Ukraine at this time.
