We offer complimentary global delivery on all orders.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We guarantee no additional import charges upon delivery.
Estimated Transit Times
- UK: 2–3 working days
- US / Canada: 3–5 working days
- EU: 3–5 working days
- Australia & Rest of World: 5–7 working days
Please note that transit times are an estimation only. We aim to meet the delivery times quoted but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or customs inspections, can result in delivery delays.
Upon dispatch you will receive an email containing a link to tracking. If there has been no update on the tracking information for more than 5 business days, please let us know so that we can open an investigation.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO boxes. If you entered a PO box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.
Pre-Orders
If you have included a pre-order item in your order, the entire order will be dispatched together in one parcel once all items are available. We do not currently offer split shipments.
If you need your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders — one for in-stock items and one for pre-order items.
On the product page of any pre-order item, you will find an estimated dispatch timeframe. This indicates when your order is expected to leave our warehouse.
Please note: while we work closely with our suppliers, pre-order items can occasionally face delays due to manufacturing issues, supply shortages, or extreme weather conditions. These instances are rare, but they may impact dispatch timelines. Should this happen, we will do our best to keep you updated and find the quickest way to deliver your order.
