Return Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Once your return request has been approved, you then have a further 14 days to send your order back to us. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with complete packaging, including protective cases and cloths where applicable. Returns showing signs of wear, scratches, damage or missing components may not be accepted. 

How to Return Your Order

Returns can be initiated directly via the Aftercare link included in your original dispatch confirmation email or SMS notification.

To begin your return:
1. Enter your Order Number and shipping postal code
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
3. Follow the instructions provided within the portal

Return Shipping

UK Returns
A £3.99 fee will be deducted from your refund when using our pre-paid Royal Mail return label.

US Returns
US returns are sent to our domestic US warehouse. Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipment within the United States. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as DMY Studios cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

International Returns 
All international returns are sent back to our UK warehouse. Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipment using a tracked and insured service, as DMY Studios cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please also mark parcels as ‘Returned Goods’ or ‘Return to Sender’, as we are unable to cover any import charges incurred on returns.

Refunds

Please allow up to 5 business days for returned parcels to arrive at our warehouse, and a further 3 business days for processing once received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account. Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
